HappyFish ERP requests only the permissions needed for the selected workflow. Restricted recipient information is accessed only after seller authorization and only when needed for direct-to-consumer delivery or shipping-label creation. It is protected with restricted access and encryption, and deleted no later than 30 days after delivery. Data retrieved through SP-API, including recipient information, is not sent to OpenAI or other AI providers. AI-assisted features process only content a user separately and actively provides for that purpose.
